A smaller site that is gaining a decent amount of interest is DailyArticle.com.
This site is similar to Constant Content but is much smaller and you are allowed to post whatever you like and price it however you want.
If you want to try to sell a 100 word article on real estate for $100, you sure can try but I doubt you will make any money.
A good price is by the word so all of your articles have the same rate. I recommend 2-4 cents per word to start. If there is interest, raise it a little now and then. You will find what works.
There is also a great forum where you can chit-chat and even take requests from people looking for content.
It's all free, so it couldn't hurt to check it out. If anything, if you have old unused or rejected articles laying around, this is the place to try to unload them!
