The Dirty Jobs....Mostly crap but a good start.

Alright. I have been requested to add in a crapload of links to sites that WILL PAY YOU but might not be very desirable. Here they are.
Odds are you will be bidding against warehouses full of Indians but if you speak and write in UK or US English, you have an advantage. I will include my blatant referral links for the couple of them that I use. I don't care if you sign up under me or not.
GAF-GetAFreelancer:

GAF isn't bad. You can always find blocks of articles in the 10-50 range and the pay can be anything from a penny per word to $10 per article. 90% of the stuff you find will be from writers who have good jobs trying to make money for free. They usually fail as they hire the lowest bidder, have to rewrite the material anyway and are charged by GAF and hounded by the incompetent fools they promised to pay.
Scriptlance-
Really Long Link
Basically the same thing as GAF but may have better projects once in a while. I've owed them $5.00 for about 2 years so don't use them. I should probably pay that off soon.
RentaCoder-

Another one like all the rest. I like the setup and have found some good stuff there.
GetACoder-
Really Long Link
Yep, another one. GetACoder is good to find writing jobs and works best if you keep an RSS feed running somewhere like Windows Sidebar.
Sologig-
Really Long Link
Sologig has a leg up on the rest of these but it costs a small fee for a good account.
eLance-
Probably the best out of all these sites but you will have to pay to join. As I am cheap, I haven't used their services.
In addition to these are Guru.com and probably dozens of others. These are the most commonly used and I recommend checking out "Copywriting", "Proofreading", and "SEO" on GAF and the coder sites first.
You may find gold buried in all the crap.
Good luck!
